I don't live in Denver or even Colorado, can you help me? 

Yes, I can still assist you!  You and I can connect via email, phone, or facetime if we aren't able to in person for me to best understand your needs.  I use a global system to search hotels, allowing me to easily connect with any hotel anywhere for you regardless of your location, or mine!

My event (or wedding) is not taking place in Colorado, is that ok? 

Yes, it does not matter where your event will take place, I have the ability and know how to search hotels anywhere!

Do I have to be financially responsible for my guests' rooms? 

No, hotels allow for the signer/company signing to allow guests to call in on their own to both manage and pay for their own room, tax, and incidentals.

Do I have to sign a contract? 

Yes, a formal agreement outlining all terms & conditions protects both you and the hotel - it gives everyone the opportunity to understand what is being agreed upon.  There are types of contracts that allow for NO FINANCIAL obligation - perfect for weddings and events where guests may or may not attend, but you still want to offer a discounted option to your attendees.

How many rooms do I have to need to get a group discount? 

Hotels require a minimum of 10 guestrooms on one night to offer a discounted rate.

What if my attendees/guests want to arrive early or stay late? 

This is doable!  I negotiate all types of concessions and discounts like this for you.
